It all began with a simple cup of matcha.
We’re Hamy and Vendy — two friends brought together by our love for this beautiful green drink. Back then, our matcha dates were just a sweet excuse to catch up, unwind, and spend time together. But the more we sipped, the more curious we became.
What makes one matcha taste different from another? Why do some people choose matcha over coffee? And what’s the story behind those vibrant green leaves?
That curiosity turned into something bigger.
We started learning — about origin, quality grades, traditional farming, and how matcha is deeply woven into Japanese culture. And the more we discovered, the more we felt the urge to share it.
So we created Saikō.
Not just a brand, but something we truly believe in — ceremonial grade matcha, directly from Japan, crafted with care, tradition, and purpose. Our matcha is smooth, naturally sweet, and never bitter. It’s made for slow mornings, mindful afternoons, or any time you need a gentle boost.
