This durable matcha whisk from Ippodo is made from resilient polypropylene, so the prongs won’t easily bend even with frequent use — and if they do, simply soak it in hot water and it will return to its original shape. It’s even dishwasher-safe! After use, place it on the included stand to help it maintain its shape.
