Shipping Policy:

• For orders outside of Czechia and Slovakia, please DM us on Instagram (@saiko.matcha) or email info@saikomatcha.eu – we’ll be happy to arrange it individually.
• All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
• Standard shipping fee rates are divided into Zone 1 and 2 (only include countries in the EU). 
• The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes for international orders.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and strongly encourage customers to purchase shipping insurance.
• In the event of a returned package, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• We do not ship orders outside of the European Union.
